My family and I came to Great Wolf Lodge from Michigan and to our dismay the hotel does not have a washer/dryer for guests. In a panic, I googled the nearest laundromats in the area and we got Ellie’s as the first hit. Very clean and the staff was extremely courteous. If we are ever in the area again, we’ll be going back to do your laundry again! Anyone traveling and staying at Great Wolf, I would recommend this laundromat!

Clean inside. Equipment is in working order. Friendly staff. It gets busy but you can always find a washer or dryer. Nicest laundromat in town.

I’ve been going to this laundromat for about 6 months and I love it! It’s clean and well kept. The attendant that’s there on Sundays is real nice. I usually come in with heavy blankets and they always come out smelling nice and clean.

I will definitely be going back to this location in the future. They had many different sizes of machines and even 2 massive 8 load machines. everything worked as it should and my clothes were clean and smelled good when I took them home. It’s rare to find a laundromat that is maintained well enough to meet my standards in a coin-op laundry facility. This place did and even exceeded it. Even the worker was kind and helpful. Almost all written instructions are in Spanish so be prepared for that if you need help, ask! The lady there is more than happy to help out.

I came here one day an hour and a half before closing time and I had a bunch of clothes to wash. So it took me a little long, but the staff didn’t pressure me to hurry up which was awesome. I did however move as quickly as possible so they could get home as well. Cool staff, clean environment.

One of the best laundromats I’ve been to and I’ve been to lots being a full-time traveler. Hot dryers. Fast and friendly service.

The folks at this laundromat are friendly and helpful. It is clean and the machines work well. I rarely had to wait in line for a machine.

Cleanest laundry mat in Waukegan which is a huge deal around here. Staff is friendly and helpful and it’s very reasonably priced. Also has a great drop off service.
