What are your hours?
940 N. Green Bay Rd. – Hours
Monday – Friday we open at 7am. Saturday and Sunday we open at 6am. We close at 9am daily. Our last wash is 8:30pm.
1819 Grand Ave. – Hours
This location is open 24 hours, 365 days a year.
Is there parking?
Yes, we are located in a large shopping center with lots of parking.
Do you have large machines for my large family?
Yes, we have machines as large as 80 pounds. That is the equivalent of 8 top loaders.
Can I purchase detergent if I forget mine at home?
Yes, we sell detergent, bleach, and softener over the counter.
Are you a card or coin laundromat?
940 N. Green Bay
This location is coin only. We have machines that take $1 coins and all our machines take quarters. We have change machines on site.
1819 Grand Ave
Our machines at this location take coins or can be activated using the DexterPay app that you can download on your phone. We have change machines at this location as well.
None of our locations require a card to activate our machines.

Absolutely, all day, every day.
Questions About Wash & Fold:
When will I get my clothing back?
You will get it back the next day. If you don’t mind paying a little extra, we’ll have it ready for you on the same day.
If I need same-day fluff and fold, what time do I need to have my clothing to you?
You must have it here by 2 p.m. if you need same-day service.
Do you use hot water?
You can request how you want your clothes washed. If you want hot water, we’ll use it!
Questions About Pickup and Delivery Service:
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday-Friday.
What hours do you deliver?
We pickup and deliver from 8 – 11 a.m.
Is there a minimum amount that I have to send?
Our minimum is $25.
What if I can't be home when you come?
Just tell us when you schedule your pickup where you’ll leave your clothing. Maybe your front porch, your back porch, behind the gate, in the unlocked garage, or with the apartment manager.
When will I get my clothing returned?
You will get it back the next day unless we pick up your clothes on Friday. Friday pickups will be returned on Monday.
